    Two suspects turn themselves in MARTINSBURG - Two out of three suspects wanted in several cases of electronics thefts from vehicles turned themselves in to police Tuesday, said Detective Lt. G.B. Swartwood of the Martinsburg Police Department. Derek Kensel Brichner, 19, and David Newcomb, 22, were arraigned in Berkeley County Magistrate Court Tuesday on charges related to the crimes.
