  • Sonoma Valley High School (SVHS) is a high school located in Sonoma, California with approximately 1,400 students. Micaela Philpot is the Principal. Glenn Moll, Kathy Summers, and Paul Tuohy are the current Vice Principals. SVHS is the only high school in the Sonoma Valley. It is part of the Sonoma Valley Unified School District.
  • Academics
  • Sonoma Valley High School offers several academic classes. The school offers Advanced Placement (AP) courses, consisting of AP Biology, AP Chemistry, AP Physics, AP Calculus, AP Statistics, AP English Language (11th grade) and Literature (12th grade), AP Spanish, and AP Spanish Literature.

  • Along with providing the important academic classes, SVHS provides several vocational classes. It is one of the few schools located in Sonoma County that still offers shop programs (Wood and Metal).
