    By CHRIS SMITH THE PRESS DEMOCRAT Santa Rosa Junior College will celebrate the life of storied English instructor Don Emblen at a memorial gathering on Sunday. Emblen, Sonoma County’s first poet laureate, died at his longtime Santa Rosa home on April 24. He was 90.

Rogelio Carlos-Zaragoza, 24, and Leonel Carlos-Zaragoza, 35, face potential life sentences if convicted of the charges filed against them Tuesday afternoon in Sonoma County Court.

Gary Allen Scott, 56, was returned to Sonoma County from Arizona last week, where he was arrested in connection with the death of Michael Tillman, 67.
