I went to Grant Ranch 2 years ago I was a lot of trouble sometimes made bad friends but the teachers and staff were always there for me; they make things so much more fun than other schools do. Are they the best school? No, but they are loving, comforting, they make you want to go to them when there is a problem. Trust me most kids don't like to go ask a teacher hey can we talk or I want to talk to u about something but they make you feel like you should ask.

After the way this school has handled bullying and the way they let parents know about threats made by students, I no longer feel safe sending my kids to school here. My kids have dealt with bullying every year and I understand kids will be kids however this is supposed to be a zero tolerance school yet it seems like when the injuries are pronounced all the kids get are a phone call home. Which leads to the treats being made on the school from these students and the principal sending home a letter stating everything's okay because these kids are talking to the counselor. Not very assuring that these threats won't be taken out. And to top it all off I don't feel like the curriculum is very efficient, clearly it reflects in the schools test scores.

This school is fantastic. They do a lot of social and emotional work with the kids. My kids feel welcomed by every teacher in the building.

Changes are happening and I've been at this school for five years with my now second grader. I can see the demeanor changing, and although I've always loved this school and the staff, it's constantly getting better! My son has adored all of his teachers and is ahead on grade level or meeting grade level with everything. It's a great school and they have taken such good care of my son and soon to be my daughter also.

Mixed feelings. Says they have a zero tolerance for bullying but that's not true. Second year of problems with bullies, seriously thinking about changing schools because of it.
