As part of the Mayors' Dollar Wise Campaign - a national initiative that took place between Sept. 26 and Oct. 3 - Norwalk Mayor Richard Moccia, along with financial experts and financial literacy educators, went to Briggs High School last week in an effort to teach local youths the importance of making solid financial decisions.
