Horrible staff, ineffective when dealing with troubled kids, rewards the troubled kids when they do good, however failed to recognize the gifted and good students.

Thomaston High School's current principal is not an effective educational leader. Same goes for the current superintendent of Thomaston Public Schools. Both of them treat Thomaston High School graduates in a very disrespectful manner. There definitely needs to be leadership changes both in terms of Thomaston High School's principal and Thomaston Public Schools'' superintendent.
