Cocoa High School is located in Cocoa, FL and is part of the Brevard Public Schools District.
Early Years: CHS was founded during the mid 20th century. A black plaque is displayed on the front of the main office building that is commemorative to the original opening of the school. The current location of Cocoa High School is the same as the original location when it opened in the mid 20th century.
Administration: The Front Office building is the home of Cocoa High�s administration department. Volunteers and visitors are required to sign in at the Front Office, if visiting when class is in session.
Members of the administration department oversee and coordinate the school�s main functions. The schools bookkeeper works to balance the finances. Guidance counselors report student grades and make class schedules. Deans handle disciplinary issues. The resources of the school clinic are available to students when class is in session.

Robotics Team: Cocoa High's Robotics Team was started during the 2004-2005 school year. It was originally intended to be a part of the Cocoa Beach/Rockledge team 233, instead Cocoa High created its own team. In late 2004, Vicki Huffman officially started Cocoa High's team as The Bionic Tigers Team 1592.
Alumni: Carrot Top attended Cocoa High School.
