By Christopher Spata Correspondent Team Stat basketball, which features some of the top 15-and-under players from around the state, took home the Youth Basketball of America Division I national championship over the weekend with the help of with the help of three local players.

By Christopher Spata Correspondent The Big Sun Youth Soccer League is gearing up for the upcoming fall season with player sign-ups this Saturday. Sign-ups are being held at Ocala Sports on SE 17th Street from 9 a.m. until noon. Online registration is also available 24 hours a day at bsysl.com. Registration for the fall season will close on Aug. 1 at 11:59 p.m.
