The school of the arts mission is to infuse academic rigor with artistic excellence. Their pricipal, Dr. Pryor, is dedicated to the students every need and always listens for new ideas to improve the school. This school is on top of the new small school program by embracing each other as a family. Each year the grades and scores get higher. They have already started their first newspaper, The Aesthetic. Along with other afterschool programs like fashion design, modeling, yearbook, broadcast jornalism, homework help, and african dance.

Early College focuses on preparing students for college. It compresses four years of high school and two years of college into four years. Students reaching the 11th grade some in 10th also enroll in Georgia State University. Classes include World Geography, Civics, Geometry, Algebra I and II,Math I, American History, 9th and 10th grade literature, Speech, Biology, Advanced Algebra, Trigonometry, Chinese, Spanish and more. Many students participate in extracurricular activities such as sports (e.g. football, softball and track and field), ROTC, JROTC, Honor Council, Student Government, Beta Club, National Honor Society, Math club, and Drama Club. Extended field trips include Outward Bound.

In the school of technology, students receive the regular curriculum plus a class on computers. Each student receives a laptop computer for school work.
- Entrepreneurship

The school of entrepreneurship is a place for the person who would like to pursue his or her own career making it. This school is a huge success that has students who have overexceeded the SAT test by a score of 2020 or higher. This school, however, ended in 2008.
