ARCOLA -- For the first time since 1996 Arthur won a Little Okaw Valley Conference volleyball tournament championship. The Lancers, the No. 2 seed, beat top-seeded Tri-County 25-13, 19-25, 25-19 and in the process prevent the Lady Titans from winning its third straight conference tournament.
