Fundraiser to benefit wounded Marine (Martinsville Bulletin)

A barbecue dinner and auction will be held on Saturday to raise money for a wounded Marine. The dinner will begin at 5 p.m., and the auction will follow at 7 p.m. Both events will be held at Blue Ridge Elementary School in Ararat. -

COLUMBIA — At age 9, fourth-grader Zaida Williams has already had her first job interview — and so have close to 60 other students at Blue Ridge Elementary School.
