CALDWELL — Defense attorneys for 14-year-old Zach Neagle, accused of killing his father in May, waived Neagle's right to a speedy trial today to postpone his jury trial to Jan 5. Neagle's defense said in cout they need more time to prepare for the trial Third District Judge Bradly Ford has approved a psychological evaluation of Neagle requested by the defense.
