Austin LeClere preferred a small college that was close to home. The Forreston pitcher visited Judson University in Elgin last summer and all but immediately knew it was the right fit.

Eastland FFA recently completed the clean-up of a stretch of highway that has its name Eastland FFA assigned by the Illinois Department of Transportation. Eastland FFA cleans the stretch of highway several times each year as part of its community service to the community.
