Nov. 5 • Dining-To-Donate, sponsored by the East Brunswick High School gymnastics team, 4-11 p.m., at Applebee's, Ryders Crossing Shopping Center, Milltown Road and Ryders Lane, East Brunswick. Diners should present a Dining-To-Donate flier at the restaurant. Applebee's will donate 10 percent of supporters' bills (eat-in or takeout) to the gymnastics team.
Youngsters invited to Outdoor Games Day (East Brunswick Sentinel)

An Outdoor Games Day for Kids, open to youngsters ages 7-12, will be held 1-3 p.m. Nov. 7 at Bicentennial Park, Hardenburg Lane, East Brunswick. Rain date is Nov. 8. Nicole Bornkamp, a senior at East Brunswick High School and a senior Girl Scout with Troop No. 894, East Brunswick, is coordinating the event as part of a Gold Award Scout project.

BRUNSWICK — It was an inopportune time for Brunswick High School boys soccer netminder Peter Morrell to hear the referee’s whistle for delay of game, with the infraction giving Hampden Academy a chance to get a goal in the closing seconds of regulation in the Eastern Maine Class A semifinals on Saturday.
