North Potomac resident Simone Feldman, 23, (right) and Potomac resident Kamie Crawford, 17, were recently crowned Miss Maryland USA and Miss Teen Maryland USA, respectively. They will go on to represent Maryland in the Miss USA and Miss Teen USA pageants.
High school student cited after being hit by SUV (Washington Post)

A high school student who was struck by a Ford Explorer outside her school in Potomac Thursday morning was cited for walking in front of the SUV in an accident that sent her to a hospital with non-life threatening injuries, according to Montgomery County police and paramedics.
