I was very disappointed to read Rabbi Hecht's blatantly discriminatory column in your paper on Tuesday, March 17, particularly because it came from a Jewish person (and a rabbi no less).

STAMFORD -- Injury claims by municipal employees cost the city $3 million from July 1, 2007, to June 30, 2008 -- a drop of almost $2 million from a year earlier. The number of injuries, however, climbed to 727 from 591.
