A new position at Holbrook Junior/Senior High School this school year is being filled by a familiar face. Vinnie Hayward is the dean of students in Grades 7-12. Hayward, who has worked in the school for the past nine years as the physical education teacher for all grades, has also coached boys’ baseball and girls’ volleyball.

Kelli Mains likes history and wants to become a teacher. Mains, 18, who graduated Saturday from Avon High School, plans to attends Massasoit Community College and later transfer to Bridgewater State College.
