Army Pvt. Cameron R. Van Kirk has graduated from basic infantry training at Fort Benning, Columbus, Ga. He is the son of Steven Van Kirk of Sturgeon Bay and Claudette Hewson of Shawano. Van Kirk is a 2009 graduate of Sturgeon Bay High School.
