Lake Fenton — Zach Corcoran isn’t a night owl. In fact, he’s usually in bed by 10 on a school night. So when Lake Fenton’s first official wrestling practice began at midnight Monday, he wasn’t the most awake of the Blue Devils’ 20-something wrestlers at practice.

There has been a change of mindset during Marty Borski’s seven years as head varsity football coach at Lake Fenton High School. Entering this season, the Blue Devils have made four playoff trips in Borski’s six years. However, one of them was not last season.

Lake Fenton High School graduate Julia Zaher began volunteering as a student. She helped with a 24-hour dance marathon for the Muscular Dystrophy Association, two years in a row. She also volunteered as a counselor at a summer camp for young people with muscular dystrophy.

Lake Fenton — The Lake Fenton varsity boys soccer team has seen its share of tough times recently. The worst came on Thursday during a 0-0 tie at Chesaning when freshman Sawyer Hobson was sent to the hospital after a tackling attempt that resulted in serious leg and knee injuries.

Lake Fenton High School is a high school located in Fenton Michigan. The school's mascot is the Blue Devil, and its athletic teams are known as the Blue Devils.
It is one of the four schools in the Lake Fenton Community Schools school district, in addition to West Shore Elementary School, Torrey Hill Intermediate School and Lake Fenton Middle School.
