MESICK - For a little more than a week, there’s been a new face at Mesick Consolidated Schools: interim superintendent John Chandler. Chandler plans to remain the interim superintendent at Mesick through June; he does not intend to apply for the full-time position.

MESICK - At Tuesday’s Mesick Consolidated Schools’ school board meeting, Dennis Stratton resigned as the district’s superintendent. Stratton’s decision to resign was mutual with the school board, according to school board secretary John McGowan.
