"The Commandant," Stephen Pell's 12-minute film, will be shown at least twice during the inaugural International Film Festival, scheduled for Oct. 23-25 at Frankfort's Garden Theatre. The film won the Audience Choice Award at the Grand Rapids Film Festival.
