Ingham County's Health Department continues to expand the list of people eligible for Swine Flu vaccine. Now people between the ages of 10 and 24 years old can receive the vaccine. Also, all health care and emergency medical services personnel are eligible. That means at least 65,000 more people are eligible for the vaccine, which is roughly half of Ingham County's population.
