- During the 1994 Season, The Lincoln Football Team recorded a 5-5 Record in the 1AA Conference. Led by Bobby Osburn at Quarterback, and Jason Stanfill at Halfback, The Wolves recorded a 14-7 victory over then undefeated and #2 state ranked Gentry Pioneers. The Game began with Gentry marching the length of the field on their first possession behind running backs Ian Sullivan, and Scott Congrove, leading to a touchdown. After the ensuing kickoff, Stanfill took the ball to the right on a sweep, reversed field and ran 80 yards for a touchdown. During the play, sophomore FB L.J. Ellenburg had a blind side block on a Pioneer defender which was directly in front of a Channel 5 ( KFSM ) Camera. The hit was part of the Channel 5 sports opening for years to come. After missing the 2 point try, Lincoln trailed the pioneers, who where held scoreless for the rest of the game, by 1 point until Lincoln Scored with seconds to play in the game. Lincoln then converted a 2 point conversion for a 14-7 score. After a Long Kick Return, Lincoln's defense stiffened behind LB's Corey Cruikshank, and Travis Biswell, as well as DE Brian Key, and a last second pass fell harmlessly to the ground as time expired ending the pioneers hopes for an undefeated season. Lincoln then went on to beat the Prairie Grove Tigers on the last game of the season to finish with a record of 5-5. Lincoln Assistant coach Jim Mallett, father of Arkansas Razorback quarterback Ryan Mallett, who was a ball boy for the team, told the players that if they finished with a record of .500 or better, they could shave his head. After the Prairie Grove Game, a set of hair clippers was brought to midfield and Mallett's head was shaved during the post game festivities in the rain and mud.
- In the 2000 Season, The Lincoln Football team again recorded a 5-5 Record in the 1AAA Conference. Led by Lance price at Halfback and a dominating offensive line. Lance broke the school record with over 1400 yards in 10 games.
- The Lincoln High School Sr. High Baseball Team won conference championship in 2007-2008 for the first time in 25 years. The team was led by former coach Jonathan Johnson. Also in the 2007-2008 season, the baseball team won a record 20 games, including 11 in a row late in the season and during their play-off run. In recognition of his leadership, Coach Johnson was named the Coach of the Year by Northwest Arkansas Morning News. Unfortunately, this success was tarnished by the failure of the Lincoln administration to support its team; following the Championship game, no Lincoln administration officials were in attendance to award the trophies to the Lincoln players and as a result an assistant coach had to step in.
- In 1995, The Lincoln High School Boys Baseball Team Won the 1 AA Conference Tournament and advanced to the AA Arkansas State Baseball Tournament in Heber Springs, Arkansas. In the opening round game, Lincoln Pitcher Tim Bailey pitched a 1 hit game, and even though the Heber Springs Pitcher recorded a No Hitter, Lincoln Won the Game 1-0 after Lincoln Catcher Bobby Osburn was walked, stole 2nd and 3rd, and advanced home on a wild pitch, scoring the games only run.
