There is such a high number of mean, unruly kids that go here that the kids who are well behaved and want to learn get little to no attention. Still a large problem with fights and bullying. The child who is being bullied is told to have empathy for the bullier because they may have a hard home life. Seriously. Take a zero tolerance stand...most children who are being bullied are the most empathetic people you'll meet.

academically, this school is great! but i would not recommend this school to anyone. If your child goes to this school they will either be a bully or be bullied. If you want your child to have a good, healthy education, go somewhere else.

I believe that the school is destroying innocent minds by teaching them sex education in 6th grade. This is a parents responsibility. I can't stop them from teaching my child or she will fail the class. I can only voice my feeling on this and hope that other parents come forward and agree with me and maybe we can change the way and at what age is appropriate for them to learn this information. I believe that some information should not be discussed in front of the opposite sex. There is no reason for a girl to know what a boy goes through during puberty and the same for the boys. I believe the school is only making the children curious and that is when children get into trouble. 6th graders are still babies and innocent, let them stay young.
