- Audubon High School is a comprehensive six-year community public high school that serves students in seventh through twelfth grades from Audubon, in Camden County, New Jersey, United States, as part of the Audubon School District.
- For grades 9-12, public school students from Mount Ephraim attend Audubon High School, as part of a sending/receiving relationship with the Mount Ephraim Public Schools.
- As of the 2005-06 school year, the school had an enrollment of 957 students and 66.8 classroom teachers (on a FTE basis, for a student-teacher ratio of 14.3.
- The school was the 195th-ranked public high school in New Jersey out of 316 schools statewide, in New Jersey Monthly magazine's September 2008 cover story on the state's Top Public High Schools. The school was ranked 238th in the magazine's September 2006 issue, which surveyed 316 schools across the state.
- Athletics

Audubon High School is a member school in the Colonial Conference, which is composed of small schools whose enrollments generally do not exceed between 750-800 students for grades 9-12.
- The baseball team was a great dynasty in the 90s and early 2000s, winning state championships in 1994, 95, 96, 98, and 2001. The 2001 team won the Group II State Championship with an 8-1 win over Newton High School
- In 2006, the boys' soccer team won the Patriot Division of the conference for the first time in school history.
- The girls' soccer team secured their third straight Patriot Division title in 2006.
- The girls' field hockey team won the 2005 & 2006 Patriot Division championships.
- The traditional Thanksgiving Day football game is against Haddon Township High School.
- Marching Band

The school's marching band was Tournament of Bands Chapter One Champions in 1991 (Group 1). The marching band was 2005 Atlantic Coast Invitational Champion in Group 2 and 2004 Atlantic Coast Invitational Champion in Group 3.

- Edward Clyde Benfold (1931-1952), Medal of Honor recipient for valor during the Korean War.
- Joe Flacco (born 1985), starting quarterback for the Delaware Fightin' Blue Hens football team and first round draft pick of the Baltimore Ravens in 2008.
- Reverend Kevin Harvey (Class of 1979), serves as the team chaplain to the Philadelphia 76ers.
- Ellen Cosgrove Lebrecque (Class of 1991) has worked as both a reporter and a senior editor for Sports Illustrated for Kids.
- William Siri (Class of 1937), was a part of the Manhattan Project which was responsible for the development of the atomic bomb. He also was co-leader of the first American expedition to successfully climb Mt. Everest and went on to climb every major mountain range in the world.
- Ben Vaughn (Class of 1973), worked as the musical composer for the award-winning TV sitcom 3rd Rock from the Sun. He has also provided music for various other TV shows including That 70's Show, Men Behaving Badly, Normal, Ohio and Grounded for Life.
- Project Memorial Site

Located outside the high school (at 350 Edgewood Avenue) the memorial for the borough's three Medal of Honor recipients and hometown war heroes, it recognizes Edward C. Benfold, Nelson V. Brittin, and Samuel M. Sampler. An annual tribute to them includes speakers from The Navy, Military Order of the Purple Heart, and the New Jersey Department of Military and Veterans Affairs.
