- Girls' Show
-
A main event annually at Passaic Valley is "Girls Show", in which girls from Totowa, Little Falls and West Paterson have the option of which color they want to be (green or white). Typically, Totowa girls go to White and Little Falls girls go to Green. Each year every girl has the option of trying out and participating. The Show is divided into three main categories, Exercise (or "X"), Dance, and Cheer, and three minor categories: Posters, Relays, and Novelties. For the three main events, white and green teams of each category chose a "theme" that dictates their costumes, moves, and music during their performances. These three themes are incorporated into the poster, as well as the "theme" of each years Girls' Show. Passaic Valley Television (PVTV) annually broadcasts a live showing of Passaic Valley's "Girls' Show".
- X
-
The X portion of Girls' Show consists of a 10 minute routine performed in a fashion similar to a cheering routine with exercise moves mixed into it. One routine is performed by each team. For the past 11 Years, White Exercise has been victorious over the Greens. As with the other two main categories, each team has an annually different "theme" that dictates their costumes, moves, and music.
- Dance
-
The Dance portion of Girls' Show consists of a 10 minute dance routine. For the past 9 Years, Green Dance has been victorious. As with the other two main categories, each team has an annually different "theme" that dictates their costumes, moves, and music.
- Cheer
-
The Cheer portion of Girls' Show consists of a 10 minute cheer routine. Until 2009, Green Cheer had an 8 year long winning streak. However, White Cheer had their first (controversial) victory in 2009. As with the other two main categories, each team has an annually different "theme" that dictates their costumes, moves, and music.
