- Shore Regional High School is a regional public high school and school district serving students from four communities in Monmouth County, New Jersey. The high school serves students from the constituent municipalities of Monmouth Beach, Oceanport, Sea Bright and West Long Branch, where the school is located. The school's mascot is the Blue Devil.
- The Board of Education consists of nine members; four from West Long Branch; three from Oceanport; and one each from Monmouth Beach and Sea Bright.
- Shore Regional High School has been an IB World School since April 2007, offering students the IB Diploma Programme.
- As of the 2006-07 school year, the school had an enrollment of 752 students and 55 classroom teachers (on an FTE basis), for a student-teacher ratio of 13.7.
- Awards and recognition

The school was the 94th-ranked public high school in New Jersey out of 316 schools statewide, in New Jersey Monthly magazine's September 2008 cover story on the state's Top Public High Schools. The school was also ranked 94th in the magazine's September 2006 issue, which surveyed 316 schools across the state.
- Athletics

The Shore Regional High School Blue Devils compete in the Shore Conference, an athletic conference made up of private and public high schools centered at the Northern Jersey Shore. All schools in this conference are located within Monmouth County and Ocean County. The league operates under the jurisdiction of the New Jersey State Interscholastic Athletic Association (NJSIAA).
- Shore Regional holds multiple successful programs. The most successful men's program has been the football team. Consistently contenders in small Group (1,2) play, the football team has won 4 State Championships ('81,'82,'88,'97). Undefeated seasons: 8-0-1: 1964, 9-0: 1978 and 1984, 11-0: 1981. With the emergence of Women's Lacrosse in the Shore Conference, Shore Regional now has two premier state-recognized women's programs. The Women's Field Hockey team has enjoyed great success for decades and has been the pinnacle program of New Jersey. Coach Nancy Williams has won 700 games in 3 and 3/4 decades coaching, making her the winningest coach in the nation.
- The women's lacrosse program has quickly become a dynasty at the Shore Conference and State level. Since its inception the program has dominated the Shore Conference tournament winning multiple State titles.
- Shore Regional won its first state title in men's cross country during the 2001 season. That team went on to repeat as state champions in 2002. The women's cross country team won their first state title in 2001 season. That team went on to repeat as state champions in 2002, 2003, and 2004.
- The girls lacrosse won the 2007 South, Group I state sectional championship, edging Holy Cross High School 10-9 in the tournament final. The team moved on to win the Group I State Championship with a 9-7 win vs. Mountain Lakes High School.The 2006 girls lacrosse team made Shore Regional and Shore Conference history by winning the Group B Championship against West Essex High School on June 6, 2006. This win enabled the team to advance to the state final against Moorestown High School. No other Shore Regional team in the history of the lacrosse program has ever advanced this far.
- In 2007, the field hockey team won the North II, Group I state sectional championship with a 2-1 win over Pingry School in the tournament final.
- Budget problems

The Shore Regional school district has been hit with budget problems in the recent years. The budget for the 2006-2007 school year failed to pass after it was turned down by two of the sending districts. The proposed budget included extensive renovations of the building, sports fields, and expansion of the school's parking lot. The school also refuses to approve spending for the high school music program on an annual basis.

Shore Players, The Shore Regional theatre department, has focused mainly on musicals and has performed productions such as West Side Story, Fiddler on the Roof, Grease, Seussical, Evita. And one of their largest productions yet, Beauty and the Beast(winning several Count Basie Awards such as Overall Musical, Outstanding Choreography, Set Design and Chorus to name a few). For the past 12 years they have been directed and produced by Allen and Meredith Shields; for also several years, choreographed by Nicole DiVincenzo (recipient of the 2002 Paper Mill Playhouse Rising Star Award for Outstanding Choreography in Shore's production of The Wizard of Oz); had set and costume designed by Fred Sorrentino and lighting designed by Rob Ulrich and his associate Hillary Marsh. Shore Players most recent musical "Over Here!" in the spring of 2009 was awarded 3 Basie Awards. Outstanding Costume Design, Outstanding Choreography, and Outstanding Lighting Design.
