John Vernon Andersen, age 61, of Winneconne, died Wednesday, July 15, 2009. He was born June 21, 1948 in Neenah, the oldest of four children to the late Vernon and Elaine (Ihrig) Andersen. John served his country in the U.S. Army from May of 1968 until 1972. Upon returning from the service he resumed working in Winneconne at J.I. Case through the Ingersoll ownership.
