The Huron County General Health District, with assistance from Fisher-Titus Medical Center, will hold three upcoming H1N1 vaccine clinics this week. The Erie County Health Department will be having a clinic at EHOVE Career Center on Friday.

NEW LONDON - Two canine units performed a drug sweep of the lockers at New London high and middle schools early Friday afternoon. “They locked the school down for about 25 minutes,” New London Police Chief Michael Marko said.

NORWALK — The following people can get H1N1 vaccine at Western Reserve and New London schools and a drive-through clinic at the county fairgrounds, according to the Huron County General Health District. All others will be turned away. The clinic at Western Reserve Middle School gym, 3841 US 20 E., Collins, will be Wednesday from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.

New London High School is a public high school in New London, Ohio. It is the only high school in the New London Schools district. The nickname of the school's athletic teams is the Wildcats. They are members of the Firelands Conference.

Grading Scale
The grading system used at New London Local Schools is the A, B, C, D, Fsystem. All teachers must use the same system and grading scale to insure thestudent, parents, and fellow teachers a more accurate evaluation of eachstudent. This does not deny the teacher the right to use the “curve” whengrading. The “curve” needs to be made before the letter grade is given.The following grading scale will be used:
A 94 – 100% 4.0
A- 90 – 93% 3.6
B+ 88 – 89% 3.4
B 84 – 87% 3.0
B- 80 – 83% 2.6
C+ 78 – 79% 2.4
C 74 – 77% 2.0
C- 70 – 73% 1.6
