NORMAN — Progress continues on Norman’s newest elementary school, despite the rainy weather.Truman Primary School is on schedule to open when school starts in August. Students at Cleveland Elementary School are learning more about being good to the earth as they recently started being able to recycle cans and bottles.Cleveland has recycled its paper for some time, but the move to aluminum and plastic was the brainchild of special education resource teacher Vickie Wood.
