Abington Retail theft … Tyrique Long, 18, of the 5600 block of North 11th Street, Philadelphia, was arrested May 18, 3:13 p.m., at Willow Grove Park Mall, 2500 Moreland Road, Willow Grove, on charges of retail theft in the amount of $840, false identification to law enforcement, resisting arrest or other law enforcement and criminal conspiracy, police said.
