Three high school seniors have been arrested and charged with vandalizing 26 South Carolina school buses. The State reported Friday that all three 18-year-old men attended North Central High School in Kershaw County. School Superintendent Frank Morgan says disciplinary hearings will be conducted to determine if the students will be allowed to graduate.
