HURRICANE — Construction crews have scheduled several minutes of blasting on a road widening project in Hurricane on Monday afternoon. Hurricane residents should not be alarmed when they hear the loud blasts, scheduled for 3 p.m. on a section of road near 870 North and 200 West.
