Norfolk Public Schools consider district-wide student uniforms (13 News, WVEC Hampton Roads)

Students at all Norfolk public schools could be wearing uniforms soon. The School Board is considering a district-wide uniform policy. “Uniforms may be one aspect of student behavior that we could impact in a positive way,” said Norfolk Public Schools Chief Operations Officer Michael Spencer.
