NEWPORT NEWS -- U.S. Education Secretary Arne Duncan plans to tour An Achievable Dream Academy today at noon. With Congressman Bobby Scott, he plans to observe students and teachers in classrooms. After the tour Secretary Duncan and Rep. Scott will discuss ways to improve the No Child Left Behind law with students at the school’s middle and high school.
