The Golden Wings Theatre Company of Council Rock High School South will present "Zombie Prom" at 7 p.m. Oct. 30, Nov. 6 and 7, and at 1 p.m. Saturday and Nov. 7.

Holland Elementary School is hosting a Holland Harvest for school families with students in kindergarten through sixth grade from 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Oct. 28.

Council Rock High School South is a high school located in Holland, Bucks County, Pennsylvania. It is operated by the Council Rock School District.
The school was built in 2002 in order to curb the overpopulation at what was then Council Rock High School. Since then, the old high school location has been renamed Council Rock High School North. Serving grades 9-12, South is currently a home to over 2000 students.
Philadelphia Magazine has honored Council Rock High School South as one of the 20 best high schools in the Philadelphia metropolitan area.
The school colors are blue, white, and gold, and the sports teams are known as The Golden Hawks.
Varsity Cheerleading
On February 1, 2009, CR South's Varsity Competition Cheerleading Squad competed at the American National Championships in Baltimore, Maryland. The squad placed first in the Large Varsity division.
Golden Wings Theater Company
The drama department of south is known as Golden Wings Theater Company. In 2008, they were the first high school in the world to perform the musical adaption of Mary Shelley's Frankenstein.
Bomb threats
On November 8, 2006, two bomb threats were directed at both Council Rock High School South and Council Rock High School North. Seven teams of bomb dogs went in to both high schools the next day. There were three more bomb threats directed at Council Rock South the morning the school opened after the initial threat to both schools. The school received another bomb threat on January 23, 2007. The threat was written on a bathroom wall. No bombs were found in the school during any of the incidents.
