It cost the city of Dixon $14,000 to recover $4,700 worth of fines from a Dixon city councilman who violated city codes. Today, the City Council will be asked to approve paying the last $4,000 of the bill.Councilman Michael Ceremello appealed 16 administrative citations from the city of Dixon alleging various violations at his residence.
