  • Lincoln High School, founded in 1954, is the Lincoln Unified School District's only public high school. The school serves thousands of students from ethnically and socio-economically diverse populations.
  • Facilities: Alex G. Spanos Stadium.
  • In 2008, Lincoln High is planning to build a 3 story gym.
  • With support from the Lincoln Education Foundation, the District hopes to build a fine and performing arts building on the Lincoln High campus.
  • Academics: According to California Department of Education's report in 2003, Lincoln High has a graduation rate of 97% with about 50% of graduates going on to two and four-year colleges.
  • Extracurriculars: The school has over 30 academic organizations, teams and student interest clubs. These clubs have focuses ranging from athletics to academics.
  • Speech and Debate: Lincoln has had an active forensics team several decades. Members have won state and national competitions.
  • Music: The music program is participated in by over 200 students. Students can participate in choir, marching band, or orchestra.
  • Band and Orchestra: The Lincoln High School Marching Band has been the recipient of hundreds of awards from band reviews around the country. The have marched as far away as Europe and enjoy a reputation as one of the best programs in the state.
  • Choir: The Lincoln High School Choir, Simfonia Voce, and Chamber Ensemble are award winning vocal performance groups that have toured the country and even served as embassadors to China (1996).
  • The most prolific choir director at the school was Gary Wright who left the school after the 1995-1996 school year to assume a position at the University of North Carolina at Pembroke.
  • Newspaper: The Lincolnian: The school's newspaper is produced monthly.
  • Clubs: Clubs at Lincoln include Interact Club, Spanish Club, Cordoba Public Affairs Club, Italian Club, Chinese Cultural Student Society, Students Against Drunk Driving Club, Filipino Club, Friends of Special Olympics, Leo's Club, FOCUS Club, Drama Club, Science Club, Interact Club, Mecha Club, Gay-Straight Alliance, Snow Club, Key Club and Vietnamese Club.
  • Each club has the following responsibilities: Organize one lunchtime activity per year; Participate in Spirit Week and International Week; Attend Club President's Meeting.
  • Football: The team plays at the Alex G. Spanos Stadium. During March through July, the Stockton Trojans, a semi-pro football team, rent the stadium for their home games on Saturday afternoons.
  • Volleyball: The 2005-2006 varsity and freshman teams were almost undefeated.
