  • Elsie Allen High School (EAHS) is a High School located in Santa Rosa, California at 599 Bellevue Ave. It is part of the Santa Rosa High School District, which is itself part of Santa Rosa City Schools. The primary feeder school is Cook Middle School.
  • The school is named after Elsie Allen, a master Pomo basketry weaver, author, sage, and member of Sonoma County's indigenous Pomo tribe. Allen authored the book Pomo Basketmaking: A Supreme Art For The Weaver (Naturegraph Publishers, Happy Camp, CA; 87961-016-6.) The school namesake was suggested by long-time Santa Rosa resident, Dan Shay, at the behest of the Santa Rosa City School District.
  • The school yearbook is called Phoenix and has been published annually in the spring since 1995. The school yearbook goes by the name The Tracker and has been published continuously since fall 1994. The school graduated its first class in 1997

  • Amy Lawson, Class of 2000 - master sailor and world explorer
  • Ryan Halverson-Local actor, most known for his critically acclaimed portrayal as "Astronaut" in a Santa Rosa Shoes commercial, which aired in the early 2000's. He returned to Elsie Allen in 2003 to work as a campus supervisor. In his free time he enjoys racing cars.
  • Jesse Nee-Vogelman-The first student from Elsie Allen to win a Gold Medal for Original One-Act Script at the annual Lenaea Theater Festival for his play The Land of Sunshine and Bananas
