Kansas Volleyball signed four players to National Letters of Intent, including a top-50 prospect and the top player in the Kansas City area, it was announced by KU volleyball coach Ray Bechard. Marianne Beal, Jessie Allen and Kara and Amy Wehrs will all begin their college volleyball careers with the Jayhawks during the 2010-11 academic year.

A native of Lee’s Summit, Mo., McCall Christopher was the winner of the 2009 Missouri State High School Championship, carding the two lowest rounds of the 121-participant event, with a first round score of 73 and a second round score of 72. Christopher is a two-time all-state selection out of Lee’s Summit North High School.
