When someone is caught with merchandise that still has store tags attached, the phrase, "I found it," usually doesn't carry a lot of weight with law enforcement officials - especially if that somone is also carrying bolt cutters.

An unlicensed driver just happened to be driving the wrong color car when he was stopped by a deputy on Saturday, Oct. 17 - and it cost the driver his car.
