This school is amazing, there is so much diversity and culture. The staff is outstanding. We have very good scientific minds. We try our best considering it has very low funding from the county. The uniforms are also comfortable.

If you want your child to be successful this is the school for you though it doesn't have as many sports teams as other schools it makes up for that in academics the teachers are great they work very hard to make students ready for college even coming in on Saturday if necessary

CSP is the only charter high school in AA Co. The school has dealt with some issues from the county and some from within. The school has graduated 3 classes so far with a 100% graduation rate and 100% college acceptance rate. The school is small so the traditional high schools sports are limited to soccer, basketball, CC and Track and Field. The staff is very caring and nurturing. Overall the school may not be a great fit for all but is providing a rigorous and advanced education in STEM for its students.

CSP is a charter school in AA county based in Hanover, MD. The student body is composed of a random selection of students that are picked from a lottery. The school has had some pluses including high science and math scores. However, if one reads below the fine print, the school has had major problems. Some blame the school system. Others defend the school from any wrongdoing. The school has a multitude of staff complaints, teacher dismissals, investigations, and even threats of violence of late. Based on conversations with teachers and parents, the students are general poor academic achievers and many display behavior problems in class. The school premises is based in a small business development next to a coffee shop. There are no outside facilities and the classes are in closed, concreted rooms.
