An odyssey is an amazing place. Everyone is very supportive, and you always feel like someone has your back.

I attended kindergarten and one semester of the first grade at Odyssey in 1960-61 when it was named Philips School. The principal back then was a great experienced lady named Mrs. Belknap. I''m happy they've kept it going as a charter school. I loved being a little boy in Park Hill and walking up Monaco Parkway from our multi-story home at the corner of Colfax Avenue.
