- The Greenspire School is a Montessori-inspired, project-based and environmentall focused middle school located in the heart of the Grand Traverse Commons. Our campus features two beautiful buildings, a state-of-the-art greenhouse, a combined chicken coop and rabbit habitat, and a maple sugar shack. We abutt 580 acres of northern Michigan forest and parkland which feature miles of improved trails, a creek, artesian wells and more.
