The Dover High School football team will be starting a new quarterback this season in Kamal Abrams, but the new starter should have a solid line of protection in front of him. The Senator offensive line is returning five players with starting experience, providing plenty of time for the offensive backfield.

The local Fresh Air Fund volunteer committee last week greeted New York City children at Glasgow High School as they arrived in the area for summer visits. The youngsters are six to 18 years old and will be visiting for up to two weeks or longer.
