Joshua Lowrance has been found at a gas station near Clermont in Lake County. He is all right and his family is arrranging to bring him home, the sheriff's office reports.

The Citrus County Sheriff's Office is searching for a missing 15-year-old boy. Detectives say Joshua Lowrance, who attends Citrus High School, did not come home from school yesterday.

Citrus High School is a high school in Inverness, Florida. Recently, the school attained an "A School" FCAT rating, the first High School to do so in Citrus County.
Band Programs
Citrus high offers several unique band programs headed by Mr. Brian York. Some of the programs consist of the marching band, the concert band, the jazz band, the winter guard and winter percussion. The marching band was FMBC(Florida Marching Band Coalition)AA Champions in 2002. The concert band is known to do really well at FBA(Florida Bandmasters Association)evaluations. The concert band is also going to the presidential inauguration in January 2009. The jazz band also known as "The CHZ" for Citrus High Jazz, is new and is expected to do big things. The Winter Guard & Percussion is also new and expected to go a long way for its first year.
