  • Palm Beach Gardens Community High School is a public, magnet high school for grades 9-12 in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. The school mascot is the Gator. It is best known for it's medical magnet.
  • In 2005, the Gators won the Florida class 6A state championship in football. The softball team won back to back class 6A state championship titles in 2005 and 2006.
  • Academics: Palm Beach Gardens' academic program is based on local school policy, standards of the Florida Board of Education, and accreditation criteria issued by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools. Students are required to take 14 semester credits each year during their four years in the following disciplines: English, Social Studies, a foreign language, Mathematics, Science, Physical Education, life management, and the arts. Students may choose to take honors classes and some opt to enroll in the various Advanced Placement classes offered. There is also a community service component requiring students to complete 100 hours serving their community during their time in high school.
  • Notable alumni: Tim Ford, a 2004 graduate who played Division 1A basketball at the University of North Carolina at Asheville, also is the brother of Chris Ford. He currently attends the University of Central Florida.
  • Zach Miner, pitcher for the Detroit Tigers in the MLB.
  • Chris Volstad, a 2005 graduate who pitches for the Greensboro Grasshoppers, a single A minor league affiliate of the MLB team the Florida Marlins.
