Bartow's Parks and Recreation Department is inviting everyone to come out Friday for the Inaugural Bartow Fall Festival from 6 to 9 p.m. at the Bartow Civic Center. Activities include a Haunted Hayride, pumpkin decorating, face painting, balloon artist, costume contest, candy and much more.
