FAIRBURN - Police say a man was shot during an early-morning home invasion in south Fulton County. Fulton police spokeswoman Melissa Parker said five men broke in through a downstairs window of 29-year-old Carl Lingham's home near Fairburn's Creekside High School around 1:40 a.m. Monday.

Creekside High School is a public high school serving grades nine through twelve. It is located in Fairburn, Georgia.
CHS has numerous athletic groups including: basketball, cheer leading, football, softball, volleyball, swim team, Dazzaling Diamonds, wrestling, tennis, track, and soccer. The team colors are both burgundy and gold. CHS has many students attending still today. CHS has also taught famous celebrities such as Ciara Harris, Nivea, and rapper Pastor Troy.
