    It was recently reported that SunCal has graciously agreed to cover the entire cost o the Alameda Point Environmental Impact Report (EIR). SunCal states this is, "... in order to assure that the environmental impacts of the whole of the project will be addressed before construction."
  • JANICE ANN'S JOURNAL: Harold Maxwell recovering well after fall at ranch (The Lufkin Daily News)

    Louise Maxwell reported that Harold is recovering well from a fall at their ranch in June. He fell due to needing knee replacement surgery and caused a sublingual hemorrhage (bleeding in the brain). He was rushed to Abilene for surgery and is back in Lufkin doing physical therapy. Friends are taking him places since he cannot drive.
